A stone-studded draft list of prized vintage beers, rounded out by a freshly dry-hopped peach cask and a couple past stonefruited bottlings.

-Krak! 2017 - spontaneously fermented golden ale refermented with NY Balaton cherries in neutral oak, 7 month maceration, bottled July 6, 2018, conditioned for almost 6 years before release
-Other Porcelain 2018 - spontaneously fermented golden ale refermented with NJ & NY white & yellow nectarines, six month maceration in stainless for a total age of 26 months at bottling, Feb. 27, 2019, conditioned for over 5 years before release
-Berliner Messe: Alleluiavers 2021 - spontaneously fermented pale wheat ale refermented with NJ white & yellow peaches, bottled Sep. 21, 2021, conditioned for 2.5 years before release
-Moreso 2021 - NY Morello sparkling cherry wine. in collaboration with ourselves/our sisterly winery Therein Wine, we crushed NY Morello cherries in a single upright barrel and allowed to spontaneously ferment, performing regular punchdowns until racking to cask & demijohn. bottled (with addition of local honey for bottle refermentation) Sep. 20, 2022, conditioned for 1.5 years before release
