Introduction
How and where to get acquainted with our beer
Here
During our open hours, the blendery is home to the widest selection of our beer. We offer a rotating selection of our exclusively spontaneous beer on cask and draft, as well as a vintage bottle list for on-site enjoyment. Several newer bottle releases are also generally available to take with you. For specific beer availability, please visit Results and/or Materials. There are places to sit, both indoor and outside, people to talk to, books to read, vinyl spinning. We’re there to help guide you through your tasting experience. No one knows our beers better than we do, and we’re delighted to discuss process and principles, and answer any questions you may have.
Pour sizes range from 5oz to 11oz, with seasonal/occasional porrón or pitcher availability.
We do not currently offer growlers as they undo our months-long process of natural refermentation in the bottle.
Well-behaved pets and children of all ages are always very welcome while under the watchful eye of their caregiver(s). We cannot, however, currently permit dogs in our Cellar Bar.
We serve a small selection of other beverages, including natural wine produced on our adjacent premises at Therein Wine, back vintages of Pinnacle Ridge (the winery whose original home vineyard we now care for), barleywines of the commonwealth, Kutztown sodas, and rotating selections of other PA producers.
Our beer pairs well with a wide array of food, though those complementary dining experiences fall outside our purview at the blendery, where we offer only a small selection of local snacks. See below for some establishments better equipped to fulfill more comprehensive taste desires.
