Ingredients: air, water, NJ pilsner malt, NJ raw wheat, NY morello sour cherries, NJ blackberries, 2009 sterling hops, 2012 cascade hops

Élevage: brewed in november of 2018 and spontaneously fermented for eight months in neutral oak puncheon, racked onto fruit in two seven-year-old Wild Turkey bourbon barrels for a three month refermentation and maceration
Fruit: NY morello sour cherries, NJ blackberries grown without pesticides at Happy Valley Berry Farm (3:1 ratio)
