Fruit, etc.: Hopewell, NJ trifoliate oranges steeped in the coolship, local organic chamomile (PA & NJ; fresh and dried) steeped in the barrels

Fruit, etc.: NJ calamansi (2017 harvest) steeped in the coolship, local (Pennington) organic fresh chamomile flowers (2018 harvest) steeped in the blending tank
