Élevage: spontaneously fermented in a french oak 229L barrel for six months, refermented in stainless for ten days with DE strawberries, racked and blended with two-year old beer from a 500L french oak puncheon, bottled without dosage
Fruit.: whole delaware organic strawberries, individually triaged by hand, eye, & nose, and hand-crushed

Élevage: spontaneously fermented in a french oak 500L barrel for six months, refermented in stainless for two weeks with DE strawberries, racked and blended into with twenty-seven-month-old beer from a 500L french oak puncheon
Fruit.: whole delaware organic strawberries, individually triaged by hand, eye, & nose, and hand-crushed

Dosage: NJ blueberry honey
