Élevage: spontaneously fermented in a single 500L french oak red wine puncheon for one and a half years, conditioned on diced rhubarb stalks for two months

Élevage: brewed in april 2018, spontaneously fermented in a single 500L hungarian oak red wine puncheon for two and a half years, conditioned on diced rhubarb stalks for two months
Fruit (vegetable): NJ rhubarb

Dosage: NJ blueberry honey

Ingredients: air, water, NJ pilsner malt, NJ raw wheat, 2012 mt hood hops, PA rhubarb

Élevage: brewed in fall 2019 and spring 2022, spontaneously fermented in 500L neutral french oak puncheons and 229L barrel, conditioned on diced rhubarb stalks for five months in oak and in stainless steel
Fruit (vegetable): NJ rhubarb

Dosage: local PA honeysuckle honey
