Élevage: brewed in april 2018, spontaneously fermented in a single 500L hungarian oak red wine puncheon for two and a half years, conditioned on diced rhubarb stalks for two months
Fruit (vegetable): NJ rhubarb

Dosage: NJ blueberry honey
