Ingredients: air, water, pilsner malt, raw wheat, 2009 sterling hops, apricots

Élevage: spontaneously fermented in french and hungarian oak puncheons for six to twenty-six months before refermenting with apricots in stainless steel, to which additional apricots were consistently added as gleaned across the region
Fruit.: PA, NJ, NY apricots, a small proportion of NJ black velvet apricots (50:50 apricot/plum hybrid)
