Ingredients: air, water, pilsner malt, raw wheat, 2009 sterling hops, NJ red raspberries
Élevage: spontaneously fermented and matured in 229L sauvignon blanc french oak barrels, racked onto whole raspberries in a 350L french oak rosé barrel and stainless steel, then blended. an average of thirteen months at bottling.
Fruit.: freshly harvested (never frozen) ripe to overripe whole NJ red raspberries

Élevage: spontaneously fermented and matured in 229L sauvignon blanc french oak barrels, racked onto whole raspberries a 350L french oak rosé barrel and stainless steel, then blended. additionally racked onto sliced whole tahitian vanilla beans in stainless steel. an average of fourteen months at bottling.

Ingredients: air, water, pilsner malt, raw wheat, 2009 sterling hops, 2010 cascade hops, NJ red raspberries, organic tahitian vanilla beans
Élevage: spontaneously fermented and matured in neutral french oak puncheons, refermented with fresh, whole south jersey raspberries in an unwashed Krak! second-use port barrel for six months, and refermented with fresh, whole fall-bearing north jersey raspberries in stainless steel for three months. blended together into stainless onto vanilla beans.
Fruit.: freshly harvested (never frozen) ripe to overripe whole NJ red raspberries, organic tahitian vanilla beans

Élevage: spontaneously fermented in neutral french oak puncheons, and refermented with fresh, whole fall-bearing north jersey raspberries in stainless steel for six weeks. backblended with old (44-52 month) golden ale for depth.

Fruit: south jersey red raspberries grown without pesticides, picked by ourselves and Shirley at Happy Valley Berry Farm on june 24, 2020
